Our 2006/2007 season...
TPT ushers in an exciting 3rd season with their new partnership as the professional theatre
company in residence at Nova Southeastern University, Farquar College of Arts & Sciences.
We begin with Lee Blessing's timely drama TWO ROOMS, which illuminates both the numbing agony of one man
taken hostage by political terrorists and the helpless fury of those who are left behind.
In the spring TPT’s resident playwright Juan C. Sanchez is back with the World Premiere of the dark and
twisted drama, RED TIDE.  And rounding out our season is the classic tale of love and mistaken identity,
CYRANO DE BERGERAC by Edmond Rostand

Our 2005/2006 season
As our “Desire” to bring new and thought provoking theatre to South Florida grows, so in lies the theme running
through our sophomore season.  We are excited to bring to the stage in the fall of 2005 the World Premiere of
BUCK FEVER, a new play by Juan Sanchez, our resident playwright and one of South Florida’s hottest
emerging talents.  Our powerful spring show, BLUE/ORANGE is the winner of Britain’s Olivier Award, London’s
Evening Standard Theatre Award and the London Critics' Circle Award for Best New Play
.

Our 2004/2005 season...
The theme for our inaugural season was “Identity.”  We have formed our own theatrical identity through the
creation of TPT.  The search for truth within the confines of our identities as human beings runs throughout the
plays we chose to present.  Our debut production was Craig Wright's
Orange Flower Water, which opened Feb.
25, 2005 to rave reviews.  It was the Regional Premiere of this play and managed to beat the New York
production to the stage.  Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Paula Vogel’s
Desdemona: A Play About a Handkerchief
was our second, critically acclaimed, production which closed July 10, 2005.
