FEBRUARY/MARCH 2005
FLORIDA PREMIERE

ORANGE FLOWER WATER
by Craig Wright
Directed by Margaret M. Ledford

Starring Elda Elisa Brouwer, Eric Lavoie, Beth McIntosh, Andy Quiroga

An honest an ultimately inspiring examination of two married couples - the damage they do in the name of love and
the beauty born from their cruelty. This intense and intimate 90-minute drama takes place on or around a single bed.
We see the painfully intense real-time unraveling of both marriages, the struggle to come to terms with the desire for
true happiness in the face of the social conventions of matrimony and, eventually, the construction of a very fragile
but authentic new beginning for everyone concerned.

by Paula Vogel
Directed by Margaret M. Ledford

Starring Lisa Minett, Pamela Roza, Samara Siskind

As the wrongly accused and suffering wife of Shakespeare's tragic Moor, Othello, Desdemona has long been viewed as

Our inaugural 2004/05 season…
The theme for our inaugural season was “Identity.”  We have formed our own theatrical identity through the
creation of TPT.  The search for truth within the confines of our identities as human beings runs throughout the
plays we chose to present.  Our debut production was Craig Wright's
Orange Flower Water, which opened Feb.
25, 2005 to rave reviews.  It was the Regional Premiere of this play and managed to beat the New York
production to the stage.  Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Paula Vogel’s
Desdemona: A Play About a
Handkerchief
was our second, critically acclaimed, production which closed July 10, 2005.
